Return and Exchange

You can return any SALAMANCA® product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the products are in their original condition, unworn with all labels and in their original packaging. 

You should explain the problem to us in the best way you can. The comments could be given to us by attaching images of the fault in the product. Leather, being a natural raw material, may have marks due to the natural property of leather.

There is a genuine variation in leather colour shades level that occurs globally due to the natural property of the leather. We follow a strict level of variation that can be controlled and not beyond that. Due to this, some variation in leather colour could also be visible, meaning variation in colour shades of the leather from the actual product and the website. 

The product goes through rigorous quality check before it is shipped. Therefore, we have all notes of the condition of the product before it is sent to you. If a product is faulty, we will not send you the product and make sure that the fault is resolved, you will be notified if any delay is incurred due to the reason.

Your complaint will go through thorough investigation; therefore, the return will be eligible only if your complaint qualifies for the return.

It is important to note that the product must be in the same condition just as received, along with the same packaging as well. The bag should be in the condition where it is possible to sell it to others. The faults made by you will not be eligible for return.

The customers will cover the return charges and will be liable until the item is received by us. It is highly recommended that the proof of dispatch of the goods is kept with you.

The amount paid for the goods will be refunded, only when we receive the goods not later than 14 days of your cancellation. It is important to note that the freightage will not be compensated.  

The refund will be made by the same method of payment that was done at the time of purchase. It can be changed if requested otherwise.

Nevertheless, if the conditions above are not met, we might hold on to the reimbursement until the goods or documentation that shows the proof of return of the goods, have been received by us.

The goods usually should be in fresh and original condition along with the original packaging as well, at the time of return. It is important to note that you will be responsible for the decrease in the value of goods. The product should not be used before cancelling and returning the order. This does not mean that the product cannot be tried like the way it is done in brick-and-mortar stores.

All the products go through strict quality check prior to dispatch; therefore, we would be aware of the condition of the products before they are sent. Consequently, if the goods are damaged due the usage of item, return transportation, you will be held accountable for the decrease in value of the goods.

The return slip should be sent together along with the product/s. In case of when the return slip is not available, you will have to send details of your name and address, for us to identify you and the applicable purchase.
